Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our client as a Production Operative on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidates. If you're looking for an immediate start and the opportunity to grow, we want to hear from you.

Position: Production Operative
Location: Winsford
Contract Type: Temporary (Temp to Permanent for the right candidate)
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What You'll Do:
As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in our production process. Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing the Mix: Assist in preparing the materials needed for production.
Heating: Get the mix ready for our machines, ensuring optimal performance. Heavy manual labourer involved.
General Warehouse Duties: Support the team with various warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly. 

Experience;

Previous production experience. 
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.This position may require physical activity and the ability to lift and move materials. Safety equipment will be provided.
