Production Operative – Manufacturing Environment | Immediate Starts Available

We are currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience seeking long-term work with permanent opportunities available.

Both temporary and permanent positions are on offer.

The Role

Working within a fast-paced production environment, duties will include:

  * Operating production line machinery and manufacturing equipment

  * Filling, labelling, and packaging products accurately

  * Monitoring production processes and reporting any faults or issues

  * Carrying out quality checks to maintain production standards

  * Following strict health and safety procedures

  * Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

  * Manual handling and general warehouse duties

  * Assisting with stock movement where required

Working Hours

  * Monday to Friday

  * Rotating day and late shifts

  * Early finish every Friday

  * Flexibility required to work both shift patterns

  * No weekend work

Candidate RequirementsEssential:

  * Previous production, manufacturing, or production line experience

  * Good understanding of workplace health and safety

  * Reliable with a strong work ethic

  * Good attention to detail

  * Able to work independently and as part of a team
