Job Description

Alliance Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer of premium light fittings. We are seeking a dependable and detail-focused Production Operative to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a respected company offering stable, full-time hours and comprehensive training.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 4:30pm | Friday, 7:00am – 12:30pm

Pay: £12.71 + Overtime

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet the highest quality and safety standards before being dispatched to customers.

Your duties will include:

  * Carrying out electrical testing on finished light fittings

  * Conducting visual quality inspections to identify any defects or inconsistencies

  * Carefully packing products for safe transportation

  * Handling and moving crates and heavier items when required

  * Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

  * Following all company procedures and health and safety regulations
