Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform essential operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in accordance with company protocols.
Operate machinery or equipment as required to meet production or service targets.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational objectives.
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
Assist with inventory management and preparation of materials for distribution.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a general operative or similar manual labor role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude toward workplace responsibilities.
Physical capability to handle the demands of the position.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.

Employment Details:

Location: Swindon
Contract Type: 12 months
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, early and late shift; 7-15:00, 15:00-22:45 rotational
Pay rate: £13.86 + 22% shift allowance (£16.90 including shift allowance)
