Fabrication Operative
£12.71 per hour
Working Hours (Day Shift):
* Monday to Thursday: 6:00am to 4:00pm
* Friday: 6:00am to 2:00pm
The Role
We're looking for a Fabrication Operative to join a busy manufacturing team specialising in plastic fabrication.
This is a hands-on role involving the finishing and assembly of plastic products to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricating and assembling plastic components.
Operating a variety of manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
Using hand and power tools to trim, drill, finish and assemble products.
Reading and working from job sheets and basic technical drawings where required.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Following all health and safety procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment is preferred.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Confident operating machinery (training can be provided where required).
Good attention to detail and quality.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
