Job Description

Production Operative – Coleshill (Rotating shifts )

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading manufacturing clients based in Coleshill.  This will be a direct permanent role working Monday – Friday on rotating shifts

We are looking for expeinced production operatives who have at least 2 years recent experience working within a factory or manufacturing facility for this role. 

General  Duties:

Machine operating and machine minding

Assembling of various size components and parts

Quality inspecting and final visual inspection of parts

Packing items into boxes ready for despatch  

Following instructions from drawings and job information

Following and updating production information and job specifications 

Working to and achieving set production KpI’s 

Stock and inventory checks

Quality Checks on items

Itemising parts where needed

Recycling and general waste management

Experience required :

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years recent experience working within a factory or manufacturing environment

You will need to have machine operating experience

You will need to have Assembly and  production experience

Be able to quality inspect all products and have good attention to detail

You must have good communication both written verbal English skills

Hours of work :

Rotating shifts - Monday – Friday 06.00am- 13.30pm & 13.30pm – 21.00pm

Regular overtime available paid at time and half on weekends 

Pay £13.45ph
