Job Description
Reliable Recruit are looking to recruit a Production Operative for a long term role at our clients site in Middleton
The work will involve:
* Setting & operating Machines
* Machine Minding
* Manual Production Duties
* Working to drawings and designs
* Measuring and Cutting materials
* Quality Inspection
* Record Production Data
* Packing, Labelling and other Despatch work
* General Housekeeping Duties
The working times and pay are:
* 40 hours per week after breaks
* 06:30-17:00
* Monday to Thursday
* £13.50 p/h initially
* Pay increase after 12 working weeks to £14.50 p/h
* Temp to perm role for suitable candidates
Essential Skills/Experience Needed:
* Manufacturing experience is essential to this role
* Previous experience with Machine Operating and preferably setting
* Quality checking
* Attention to detail
* Need to be able to measure materials accurately, read and write in English and have good numerical skills
* Candidates need to be physically fit for a standing role with some heavy lifting
