Job Description

Job Role: Production Operative

In this role, your main duties will include:

  * Assembling wooden construction products.

  * Ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

  * Operating machinery.

  * Providing general plant support.

  * While previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is beneficial, training will be provided for the right candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

The suitable candidate should possess good dexterity and be comfortable using hand tools and air guns in a fast-paced warehouse or factory environment.

Benefits & Requirements:

  * Shifts: Vacancies available on morning and afternoon fixed shifts, offering 40 hours paid per week.

  * Morning shifts: 06:00am to 02:45pm Monday to Friday

  * Afternoon shifts: 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday to Friday

  * Pay Rates: Generous pay grades ranging from £13.77 to £14.89 per hour, with overtime rates available:

  * Overtime rates: 1.25x rate Monday-Friday, 1.5x rate Saturday, and 2.0x rate Sunday.
