Mon-Fri: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00
Day/Night Pay Rates: £12.71-£13.98/hour (Overtime: £13.71-£14.98/hour)
3 on, 1 off (12-hour shifts):
Pay Rates: £13.25-£14.56/hour (Overtime: £14.25-£15.56/hour)What You'll Do:

Join the team as a Production Operative and be part of the entire manufacturing process, including:

Operating machinery and working on/off production lines.
Processing, packing, and palletising food products such as baked goods and cakes.
Maintaining cleanliness standards and adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.
Collaborating with a large team to meet daily production goals.Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Hard skills: Experience in food production, manufacturing, processing, or FMCG environments, and familiarity with roles such as operator, packer, line leader, or machine operator.
Soft skills: Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, adaptability to fast-paced environments, teamwork, and commitment to safety.
