Job Description
Our client is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. The Company develops and produces multifunctional, lightweight and sustainable components and systems for interior floor, interior trim as well as engine bay and under body.
The Production Operator performs the various positions on the production line, as well as, performing general duties involving physical handling of the product, materials, and supplies. Safely and properly use machines and materials to perform all production tasks. Follows all process instructions and procedures. Keep work area clean and organised. Good communication skills to deliver valuable teamwork. Able to follow and execute instructions.
Your responsibilities
Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping
Operate machinery correctly and maintain it
Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns
Follow all written and verbal instructions
Attend all safety and production training's
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
