Job Description
Production Operatives / Droitwich / Temp to perm - Full time opportunities**
Multistaff Recruitment Solutions are looking for several Production Operatives for an industry leading client based in Droitwich. Our client specialises in producing investment cast industrial gas turbine blades and vanes.
Hours: Rotating shifts
Week 1. Mon to Thur 05:45 - 13:45 & Fri 05:45 to 11:45
Week 2. Mon to Thur 14:00 - 22:00 & Fri 22:00 to 12:00 to 19:00
The Role:
Polishing and finishing metal components to a high standard.
Using tools and trained techniques to achieve a smooth and top quality finish.
Inspect finished products to make sure they meet expectations.
Requirements:
Must have a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills
Ability to use hand tools and polishing equipment
An eye for detail
Must be physically fit and happy to do manual work.
