🔧 What You'll Be Doing
Operate a variety of equipment on the shop floor
Follow detailed work orders to produce components to specification
Work both independently and collaboratively to meet production targets
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

🕒 Working Hours
Monday & Tuesday: 07:30 - 16:15
Wednesday & Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
Friday: 07:30 - 12:30
Overtime available depending on workload, including early mornings and occasional Saturdays
💷 Compensation & Benefits
Starting hourly rate: £12.21, with potential for increases as your skills develop
24 days holiday (rising after one year)

🎯 Preferred (but not essential)
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role
FLT (Counterbalance) licence
Strong timekeeping and attendance record
