Adecco Northumberland are looking to recruit a production operative for their client based in Cramlington on a temporary to permanent basis.
This will be working day shift only Monday - Friday with a pay rate of £12.21 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
Organise and prepare raw materials, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet established quality standards.
Properly package finished goods for shipping, preventing damage during transit.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and address challenges.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and materials used.Qualifications:
Previous experience in production.
Familiarity with machinery and tools.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
