Production Operative.
Lincolnshire (A46 / A15 area).
£23,492 - £30,432 + shift premium.

Working as a part of a small, friendly team in the Clean Room, the key responsibilities for your new role as a Production Operative are as follows:
* Cleaning and preparation of parts.
* Fitting and bonding of liner to parts.
* Trimming of liner.
* Ensuring processed parts conform to engineering drawings.
* Ensuring all documentation is accurate.
* Supporting the area in carrying out alternative tasks, as required.
* Supporting other team members, as required.
* Achieving production, arrears, quality and efficiency targets.
* Adherence to Health and Safety requirements and standards.

In return, my client is offering an excellent salary of £23,492 - £30,432, dependent on experience. The roles operate on a rotating shift pattern of earlies and lates and you will receive an additional 20% shift premium when working on a late shift.
Your working hours will be as follows:
Morning shift
* Monday – Thursday 6am – 1.35pm.
* Friday 6am – 12.45pm.
Late shift (20% shift premium)
* Monday to Thursday 1.25pm – 9.05pm.
* Friday 12.35pm – 7pm.
