Production Operative Package Overview:
· Rate of Pay: £12.40 Per Hour
· Immediate Start Available
· Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday (Apply online only). Friday Overtime available
· Availability Required: Monday – Thursday

We are on the lookout for aProduction Operativeto join our team, to work on behalf of our client based in Littlehampton.
This is an exciting time to join us and the right candidate will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running.
Production Operative Role and Responsibilities:
· Dismantle and reassemble Anti Roll Bar Systems.
· Operate pneumatic tools and use hand tools like torque wrenches, Allen keys, and spanners.
· Follow process specifications and quality standards.
· Adhere to QHSE and company policies.
· Be flexible and train in different production areas as needed.
· Assist with any other tasks requested by management, as long as training is provided.
· Other duties may be assigned as required.
Production Operative Skills and Experience:
· A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
· At least 1 years’ experience working within the Manufacturing sector
· A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
· Ability to read specifications and follow order details accurately
· Good dexterity and attention to detail
