Job Title: Production Operative
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team. You will be involved in the production and canning of both solvent- and water-based paint coatings. This role includes some manual handling, and full training will be provided during the induction process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing a variety of paint products
Pumping paint into containers
Canning paint using the bailing technique
Operating scales and measuring equipment
Entering data into computer systems
Keeping the work area clean and organized
Communicating effectively with team members
Assisting with stock control and inventory management
Following all health and safety procedures
Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – provided by the company
Personal Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Quick and accurate in responding to verbal and written instructions
Punctual and reliable
Preferably clean-shaven (to meet safety requirements)
Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous
Supervisory experience is a plus
Salary and Benefits:
Monthly profit bonus

37.5-hour working week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
