Location: Barnsley
Full-time | 8:30am-5pm

About the Role:
As a Production Operative, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping to manufacture high-quality products efficiently and safely. No two days are the same, and you’ll be working as part of a friendly, supportive team that values your contribution.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery and equipment in line with safety and quality standards
Assembling, packing, or processing goods on the production line
Monitoring production output and reporting any issues
Following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Keeping work areas clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
A team player with a strong work ethic
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus (but not essential – full training provided!)
Willingness to work shifts/overtime as required
