Job Description
Production Operative
We are currently recruiting for our growing client in Gloucester, a manufacturer of innovative and ethical products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pick the raw material from the warehouse required for the production.
* Prepare and produce bulk batches according to formulation guidelines, ensuring quality is met every time.
* Use a variety of machines within the department.
* Monitor and analyse products, accurately recording results.
* Working closely with the Production Manager to ensure production Is always maximised and streamlined.
* Make real time adjustments to products throughout the manufacturing process.
* Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
* Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Ensure compliance with GMP standards.
* Work closely with the QA team.
* Always Adhere to the company’s Health & Safety policies.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
08.45-17.15
Pay:
Up to £37,000 p.a.
