Production / Machine Operative - A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Production / Machine Operative to join our growing team!
Due to actively expanding our business we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join the team as a Production/Machine Operative at our factory on the Springfield Business Park in Chelmsford, Essex.

About the role:
As a Production / Machine Operative, you'll join a skilled team of 8–10 members and report into the Team Leader. Full training is provided on machinery, including Amada Pressbrakes, with hands-on learning in tool selection, measuring, and quality control. Working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
Other duties Include:
Engage in hands-on production tasks to manufacture high-quality products.
Safely operate and maintain all tools and machinery in accordance with safety protocols.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
Ensure the workspace is organised, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Adhere strictly to company procedures and quality control measures.
About You:
As a Production / Machine Operative, you will have a strong willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and the ability to follow instructions with precision. You will need health and safety awareness, as this will be paramount to your success in this role.
