Job Title: Production Operative (x2 positions available)
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday
Location: Coleshill
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for two Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing facility. This role involves working on the early shift and supporting daily production operations to ensure products are made to a high standard and delivered on time.
The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
* Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures accurately
* Perform visual and manual quality checks on products
* Assist in setting up production lines and preparing materials
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Report any faults, defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor
* Meet daily production targets while minimising waste
* Work effectively as part of a team to support continuous workflow
* Adhere to health and safety policies and wear appropriate PPE at all times
Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a production, assembly, or factory environment preferred
* Good level of physical fitness – manual handling will be required
* Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
* Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
