Production Operative – Manufacturing – NR9
(Own transport required due to location)
Shifts available:
AM Shift: 06:00–14:00
PM Shift: 14:15–22:15 (+ £20 weekly bonus)
Pay: £12.31 per hour + £20 weekly bonus for PM shift

Production Operative – Role Overview:
As a Production Operative you will:
Work as part of a busy manufacturing production line team
Produce high-quality uPVC windows, patio doors, and frames
Use hand tools and machines for cutting, assembling, reinforcing, welding, and fitting components
Carry out beading, glazing, and quality checks on all products
Handle and load window frames safely, ensuring high attention to detail
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a Production Operative is preferred
Candidates with experience as a manufacturing operative, factory operative, assembly operative, or machine operative will also be considered
Good work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn new manufacturing skills
Own transport essential due to location (NR9)
