Temporary Production Operative – Immediate Start
Location: Washington, Pulborough
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
* Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Duration: Up to 6 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
First Recruitment Services is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and innovative client based in Washington, Pulborough. We are currently seeking a Temporary Production Operative to support a dynamic and fast-paced project.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient assembly and dispatch of products. Your duties will include:
* Assisting in the assembly of high-quality products to meet production targets
* Preparing and packaging items for dispatch in accordance with company standards
* Picking and organising components required for product assembly
* Conducting basic testing and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
* Supporting the wider production team with general duties as required
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* Reliable transport – due to the location, public transport is not available
* Excellent attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in assembly and testing
* Strong work ethic – a proactive and committed approach to daily tasks
* Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory environment is desirable, though full training will be provided
