Production Operatives – Immediate Start – Hereford, £13.17p/h + Shift Allowances + Overtime + Excellent Benefits, Working three rotating shifts Monday to Friday.

The Job:
Operate machinery (lathes, grinders, saws, drills, handheld tools)
Use measuring equipment & perform quality checks
Set up machines, monitor production & maintain standards
Assist with changeovers, cleaning & basic maintenance
Work as part of a supportive, safety-focused team
What You Need:
Manufacturing experience – essential
Good English & numeracy skills
Reliable, adaptable, and detail-focused
Willing to work rotating shifts
Able to pass drug & alcohol testingShifts:
Weekly rotation:
Days: 06:00–14:00
Afternoons: 14:00–22:00
Nights: 22:00–06:00Pay & Perks:
£13.17 basic + £1.79 p/h (double days) + £2.98 p/h (nights)
Overtime at enhanced rates
