Job Description
Rapid Personnel are recruiting for Production Operatives to join our established and premium food product supplier based in Shepton Mallet. This is a critical position within the business to ensure the production operations run smoothy and customer orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
* Working on a production line, cutting and packaging food products.
* Monitoring quality control of products coming down the line.
* Follow established procedures for food safety and hygiene.
* Ensure compliance and quality standards are met at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and efficiency.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Requirements
* Previous experience in food production is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
* Flexibility to work shifts as required by the production schedule.
Hours & Pay
* Monday to Friday
* 37.5 hours
* 6:00am to 14:00pm
* From £12.60 per hour
* Starting immediately
* Temporary position for the remainder of 2025
