Found Industrial are looking for Factory Operatives to work alongside our client in Redhill. The role will include working within the factory as part of a team, following supervisor instructions and always adhering to health and safety. The role is on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent employment.
The Role of Production Operative:
Full time, Monday to Friday
Rotating shift pattern
Week 1: 5am – 12:30pm
Week 2: 12.30pm – 8pm Duties of Production Operative:
Quality control
Using small hand tools
Operating machinery (training provided)
Ensuring items are manufactured to the highest qualityRequirements for Production Operative:
Must drive or have own transport due to location and start time
Good level of written and verbal English required
Able to stand for long periods
Eye for detailBenefits for Production Operative:
Weekly pay on a Friday
Potential for permanent position after 3 months
Employer pension contribution schemeWe are happy to accept individuals with warehouse, factory, distribution, forklift or drivers mate experience. Suitable for individuals with no experience (university graduates, career change etc).
