Production Operative - 4on/4off Shift Pattern
Location: Bayton Road Industrial Estate, Bedworth
Shift: 4 on / 4 off, fixed days - 06:00 to 18:00
Pay: £12.21 per hour plus performance-based bonus
About the Role
We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer of roofing and building materials at their Bedworth site. This role involves working on a busy production line, helping to produce high-quality clay roof tiles and related products. You'll be part of a team that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production line machinery and mobile plant equipment
Load raw materials and maintain consistent production flow
Carry out visual and physical quality checks on finished products
Report faults, breakdowns, or quality issues to supervisors
Keep work areas clean and organised
Follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
Work with team members to meet daily production targets
Assist maintenance teams when required
What We're Looking For
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards
Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial setting
Willing to work a fixed 4on 4off shift pattern
