Job Opportunity: Production Operative - Immediate Start
Location: Ashbourne, Hulland Ward, DE6
Rotating shifts (mornings and afternoons)
Pay Rate: £12.86 - £19.29 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Manual handling of materials from the production line
• Stacking and organising products on pallets
• Supporting the production team as needed
• Performing routine checks and maintaining a safe work environment
• Ensuring cleanliness and safety in your work area
• Working as part of a team
• Manual tasks requiring reliability and precision
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential)
• Comfortable with manual tasks and physical work
• Teamwork skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach
Please note: Own transport is required due to the site location.
Shift Patterns & Pay:
Morning Shift: Mon-Thu (06:15-15:00) | Fri (06:15-14:45) - £12.86 per hour
Afternoon Shift: Mon-Thu (14:45-00:30) - £15.43 per hour
Overtime (after 38 hours): £19.29 per hour
Paid all breaks (morning shift) / Two paid breaks (afternoon shift)
