Full-Time, Permanent
TeamJobs are urgently hiring a Production Operative to lead a small team of operators for our busy manufacturing client in Poole!
Evening shift: Sunday to Thursday, 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm
£15 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and assemble products
Perform manual tasks including moving goods and cleaning equipment
Rewind, label, and package products
Mix and blend raw materials
Support machine setup and inspect product quality
Organise goods in storage and dispatch areas
Use materials and equipment efficiently
Maintain product quality and complete production records
Carry out basic equipment maintenance
Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Perform other duties as requiredRequirements:
Experience working within a manufacturing environment
Experience working with extruders
Forklift licence would be advantageous
