Production Operative - Temp To perm (Perm after 6 months passing probation) Location: Maidstone Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours/week) Pay: £13.50/hr rising to £14.00/hr after probation Manpower are looking to recruit for one of our clients who are a family business making specialised packaging, including for the MOD. We're looking for a reliable Production Operative to join our team. You will: Use hand and machine tools (training provided) Help with general site maintenance Occasionally drive the company van for local deliveries (clean driving licence required) You need to be: At least 25 years old (insurance rules) Confident using tools Reliable with your own vehicle (no public transport nearby) Willing to undergo a security check Permanent role after a 6-month probation. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
