Salary: £32,000 – £33,000 + benefits

Are you an experienced Production Operative or Machine Operator looking for your next step in manufacturing? We’re seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join a busy production team based in Chelmsford.

The Role
Operating and setting production machinery (manual and computer-controlled).
Carrying out dimensional and visual quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and Hygiene, reporting any issues promptly.
Supporting continuous improvement and working closely with your Team Leader to boost productivity.
Keeping accurate production records and assisting with KPIs.
Minimising downtime by planning ahead and ensuring materials are available.
Cleaning, maintaining, and rotating across different machines as required.What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Production Operative, Machine Operator, Manufacturing Operative, or similar is desirable.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.
Ability to work flexibly within a team environment.
Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
Full training and development provided, but mechanical or production knowledge is an advantage.What’s On Offer
