Production Operative
Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire
Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary
Shift Patterns: Day and Night shifts available (with overtime as needed) 6am - 3pm and 3pm - midnight (rotating shift pattern)
Pay Rate: £12.57 per hours for Production Operatives and £13.62ph per hour with a FLT license

Role Overview
As a Production Operative, you'll be a key player on our assembly line, ensuring that wheels and tyres are assembled to the highest standards. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where precision, safety, and efficiency are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble tyre and wheel components according to work instructions
Conduct visual inspections of rims, tyres, and valves
Perform basic quality checks and testing procedures
Operate hand tools and production machinery safely
Monitor the production process and report any issues to supervisors
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
Crosstrain across various positions on the assembly line
Complete cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned
Screw on RDC valves and manually assemble weights
Ensure only faultless wheels are stored and shipped
Requirements
Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred
Ability to read, write, and understand English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physically fit - able to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime, including weekends
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
