📍 Location: Malton, YO17 area

SHIFT PATTERNS AVAILABLE:
🕒 1. Monday to Friday
• 6AM–2PM (Days)
• 2PM–10PM (Afternoons)
• 10PM–6AM (Nights)
💸 PAY RATES:
• Days: £12.60 – £25.34 per hour
• Nights: £13.50 – £27.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role:
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day production process, ensuring products are made to the highest standard and ready for distribution. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for those who enjoy active work and take pride in attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working on the production line, packing, labelling, and quality-checking products
* Operating machinery and following health and safety guidelines
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Following production schedules and company procedures
* Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
About You:
* Reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, food production environment
* A team player, willing to learn and adapt
* Previous experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial, but not essential — full training is provided
* Flexibility with shifts and overtime when required
