Production Operative (Rotating or Set Shifts Available – Immediate Start)
Bentham area, North Yorkshire (commutable from Lancaster, Morecambe, Skipton, Ingleton)
£13.82/hour (£28,746 per year) + overtime at enhanced rates
About the Role
Immediate start available! We’re recruiting for Production Operatives / Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy and expanding factory environment. This is a long-term ongoing role with full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and the chance to move into a permanent position for the right person.
Your duties will include:

Assembling and pressure-testing components
*
Cylinder filling and assembly line work
*
Picking and locating stock for customer orders
*
Packing and preparing goods for dispatch (road, sea, or air freight)
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous production, factory, or assembly experience (preferred, not essential)
*
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently once trained
*
Willingness to work across different areas in the department
*
Awareness of health & safety rules – full training and PPE provided
*
Ability to reliably travel to Bentham, North Yorkshire
*
No formal qualifications required – full training provided
Shift Patterns
Rotating shifts (Monday to Friday):
*
06:00 – 14:00
*
14:00 – 22:00
*
22:00 – 06:00
For the right person, there may be the option to work a set shift instead of rotating.
Overtime available (optional, not guaranteed), paid at:

x1.5 Monday–Saturday
*
x2.0 Sundays
