Factory Operatives - Immediate Start - £30K+ Potential - Brandon, Suffolk
A well-established manufacturer in Brandon, Suffolk, is hiring production operatives for a physically active role within a growing team. This full-time position offers guaranteed hours, starting at £12.21+ p/hour, with opportunities for higher pay based on experience. Production Operative Duties:
Working in a busy and challenging environment
Safely handling and moving heavy materials
Assembling products using a variety of materials
Staying motivated to ensure consistent productivity
Providing regular updates and reporting to site managers
Pay & Hours:
Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 16:00
Guaranteed 47.5-hour workweek
£13.00 - £15.00 p/hour
Overtime Available
Experience in production or manufacturing is beneficial, but those with labouring or hands-on experience will also be considered.
