Job Description
Production Operative
Join our clients first-class manufacturing facility in Burgess Hill, crafting high-end aluminium, steel, and glazed products. They have vacancies for enthusiastic, hands-on team members to work in our Powder Coating or Door Assembly production areas.
The Role
Carry out production, assembly, and packing tasks.
Operate production machinery and hand-held tools.
Perform basic quality checks.
Store goods and raw materials, potentially using lifting equipment.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
About You
Experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. A good work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative, can-do attitude are more important. You will need to be reliable, responsible, and committed to high standards.
Hours
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (with potential for overtime).
