Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Mildenhall
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
Compass Point Recruitment is working with a fantastic client in Mildenhall who are looking for a Production Operative to join their growing team. This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, providing a great opportunity to secure a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out general production duties
Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Supporting the smooth running of the production process
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
Committed, reliable, and hardworking
Strong communicator with good teamwork skills
Able to work independently and follow instructions accurately
Previous experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical or chemical industries
HACCP knowledge would be a strong advantage
