Job Description
WSR are recruiting for a Production Operative for our reputable and well-established client based in Milton Keynes.
Job Title: Production Operative
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday shift pattern based on a 3-week rotation in which you only work 10 shifts, with 11 days off (including weekends!) in those 3 weeks.
This includes a combination of day shift (06:00 to 18:00) and night shift (18:00 to 06:00)
Location: Milton Keynes
Role Type: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour (starting) rising up to £17.70 per hour as you progress

Production Operative Responsibilities
Operating automated machinery and keeping production lines running smoothly
Carrying out quality checks and maintaining accurate records
Supporting with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting issues
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace
Always working to high health, safety, and food hygiene standards
Collaborating with your team to smash production targets

What We’re Looking For in our next Production Operative
Previous production experience is great, but not essential – full training will be provided
A reliable team player with strong communication skills
