We’re expanding our production team and looking for a motivated Production Operative to join our friendly, dynamic workplace. If you’re practical, safety-focused, and ready to build a long-term career, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Operate mills, bagging lines, and screening machines (including lifting up 25kgs)
* Keep production running smoothly while meeting quality standards
* Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting
* Complete paperwork accurately and on time
* Maintain a clean, organised work environment
* Support goods movement (loading/unloading vehicles)
* Operate a forklift truck (valid forklift truck licence and full UK Drivers licence essential)
* Provide cover for colleagues when needed
