Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Lancaster
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts every 4 weeks
AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am
Contract Type: Ongoing position
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment, ensuring the production of high-quality finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure products meet quality standards throughout the production process
Complete relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Report any issues, faults, or deviations to Key Operatives or Team Leaders
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow health & safety guidelines and company procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area
Requirements:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work rotating shifts
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Basic literacy and numeracy skills for completing paperwork
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
