Production Operative - Late Shift
Location: Swindon
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Contract: 40 hours per week (excluding 30-minute unpaid break each day)
Type: Temp to Perm

Thrive Group are currently recruiting for a Late Shift Production Operative to join our client's growing team based in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, reliable, and looking to build a long-term career in a dynamic production environment.

Production experience - Ideally from a manufacturing or similar background.
Adaptable and flexible - Willing to support different areas of the business and work overtime when needed.
Cross-trained approach - Comfortable working across multiple production functions.
Key Responsibilities:
General production duties, operating machinery as required
Running label printers and assisting with product packaging
Handling stock and labelling inventory
Learning process for laser machines (training provided)
Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency
