Job Description
A1 Jobs Ltd are hiring Production Operatives - Packers for our client based in Maryhill.
Our client specialises in the manufacturing of plastic free packaging, by using pulp (broken down wood, fibre and paper waste) & corrugate (folded cardboard) or sometimes both, in order to provide an eco-friendly packaging alternative to consumers and distributors.
Your role within the company will be to pick, pack and manually handle the pulp/corrugate while ensuring health and safety standards are always met.
All shifts are 12 hours
Shifts Available:
* Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday
* 07:30am till 7.30pm
Responsibilities
· Picking – Packing
· Count and stock merchandise
· General warehouse duties
· Keeping the warehouse clean & tidy
To be considered you must have:
* Proven reliability in previous positions (good references)
* Strong work ethic (not afraid of hard work)
* Physically fit (able to stay on your feet for long periods of the day)
