Production Operative PM Shift – £32,069 per year + Fantastic Benefits
Near South Petherton | Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm | Permanent Role

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be right at the heart of the action—hands-on, involved, and working with a great team to keep things running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
Producing high-quality products to exact specifications
Accurately reading manufacturing instructions and using internal IT systems
Keeping production lines operating at full efficiency and quality
Troubleshooting and fixing any issues that arise
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who doesn’t just work hard—but works smart too. Ideally, you’ll bring:
Solid experience in a manufacturing or production setting
Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
Clear and confident communication skills
A genuine interest in machinery and how it works
