Production Operative (PM Shift) - Wellingborough
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Production Operative at their busy site in Wellingborough. This is a temp-to-perm role, giving you the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful temporary period.
Pay & Hours:
·£14.50 per hour
·Overtime paid at time and a half
·Monday - Thursday: 14:30 - 22.30
What You'll Be Doing:
·Operating production machinery
·Packing and assembling products (some heavy lifting)
·Moving, stacking, and wrapping pallets for dispatch

·Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
·Reliable, efficient, and works well in a team
·Able to meet deadlines and complete tasks to a high standard
