Production Operatives - Carlisle**
£12.21 - £13.00 per hour
3 months (potential to extend)
We're recruiting on behalf of a **global manufacturing company** seeking enthusiastic Production Operatives to join their busy team! This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where you'll operate machinery and support general production tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Operating machinery
Loading and binding materials
Manual handling of products
Following health & safety procedures
Performing physically demanding tasks (lifting & moving materials)
**Shift Pattern:**
Monday to Friday
6am - 6pm
**What We're Looking For:**
Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments
Strong work ethic and reliability
Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
Positive, can-do attitude
