Sure Staffing is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established food production facility in Driffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking long-term, stable work in a clean and supportive environment.
About the Facility:
The facility is renowned for its commitment to sustainability and innovation in food processing. It operates as one of the UK's first carbon-neutral food factories, entirely powered by renewable energy generated through anaerobic digestion of unavoidable food waste, including its own vegetable waste . The site processes peas grown by a cooperative of over 40 Yorkshire farms, ensuring a short supply chain and high-quality produce .
Shift Patterns Available:
* Weekdays: Monday to Friday
* Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
* Weekends: Saturday & Sunday
* Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Rates for Painter:
* £12.21/per hour
Job Role Includes:
* Working on a production line handling fresh produce
* Sorting, packing, and quality-checking vegetables
* Keeping your work area clean and following food hygiene standards
* Working efficiently as part of a team
