Job Title: Production Operatives
Location: Glastonbury
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30–16:30 or 8:30–17:30 (with optional Saturday overtime at time-and-a-half during busy months)
Pay: £12.21 per hour + weekly pay
Contract: Temp-to-perm with long-term career potential
This client is a family-run dairy business producing diary products for major supermarkets - with products even featured in nationwide TV campaigns. As the business continues to expand, we’re looking for reliable, hands-on people to join their production team.
What you’ll do
Get involved in the making and packing of dairy products
Operate and maintain machinery
Support with churning, rolling, and quality checks
Follow food safety & hygiene standards to keep everything spotless
What we’re looking for
A good eye for detail and willingness to learn
Some mechanical knowledge or confidence around machinery
Team players who can follow instructions and take pride in their work
Own transport (due to rural location)
