Are you an experienced Mattress Production Operative looking for your next opportunity?

📍 Location: Morley

💷 Pay: £12.80 - £14.00 per hour

✅ Must Haves:
✔️ Previous experience within mattress manufacturing
✔️ Experience in one or more of the following areas: Tufting, Clipping, Kitting or Packing
✔️ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
✔️ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
✔️ Reliable and positive attitude

⏰ Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 11:00am

We are looking for individuals who can hit the ground running and bring previous mattress manufacturing experience to the team. Whether your background is in tufting, clipping, kitting, packing, or multiple areas across mattress production, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Mattress tufting and finishing
🔹 Clipping and quality inspection
🔹 Kitting components for production
🔹 Packing finished products ready for dispatch
🔹 Maintaining high quality standards
🔹 Supporting production targets and deadlines
🔹 Following health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills & Experience

⭐ Previous mattress manufacturing experience is essential
⭐ Experience as a Production Operative in Mattresses
⭐ Knowledge of mattress production processes
⭐ Ability to work as part of a team
⭐ Good attention to detail
⭐ Strong work ethic and reliability
