Acorn by Synergie is hiring Production Operatives / Packers to join a busy and friendly manufacturing team just outside Honiton in Dunkeswell. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking for full-time work with great pay and long-term potential.
Key Duties:
Working on the production line making products
Checking product quality and reporting any issues
Weighing, packaging, and labelling products
Maintaining a clean and safe work areaRequirements:
Own transport (no public transport nearby)
Good attention to detail
Willingness to learn
Previous production or machine operating experience is beneficial but not essentialWhat We Offer:
Excellent pay rates of £14.50-£29.00 per hour
Full training provided
4-day working week (Monday-Friday, with one fixed weekday off)
