Production Operator - Deburr
Purpose of Role
Responsible for the finishing and preparation of metal components by removing burrs, sharps edges, and other imperfections using a variety of hand and power tools. To ensure parts meet quality standards and customer specifications prior to final assembly or shipping.

Key Responsibilities
* Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, and other surface defects.
* Operate deburring tools such as hand files, sanders, grinders and rotary tools.
* Follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards to ensure precise finishes.
* Use microscopes or magnifiers for detailed deburring work when necessary
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area and equipment.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Educated to standard grade level
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Must be health & safety conscious
Experience of working to high quality standards on precision components (desirable)
Deburring experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Early shift Mon to Thurs, 6 am - 2.30 pm & Friday, 6 am - 11 am / Day shift
