Job Title: Production Operative - Temperature Sensors
 Location: Farnborough
 Contract: 12-Month Contract INSIDE IR35
 Pay Rate: £18.90 per hour (Umbrella)
 Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm

Friday: 7:30am - 1:30pm

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a specialist manufacturing team based in Farnborough on a 12-month contract. This role will involve hands-on assembly work within a dedicated production cell, manufacturing high-quality temperature sensors. 
You will receive full training and on-the-job support, making this a great opportunity for both experienced candidates and those at the early stages of their engineering careers.

Key Responsibilities

Soldering and welding of temperature sensor components

Working to engineering drawings and written instructions

Assembling components to a high-quality standard

Following all quality, safety, and production procedures

Working effectively within a small, supportive production cell

Skills & Experience

Previous soldering and welding experience is essential

Ability to read engineering drawings and follow detailed instructions

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
